Hey, I'm Heather
Registered dietitian based in Belgium. If you're looking for help and advice about your diet and/or making positive changes for your health, you're in the right spot!
In addition to helping you make general, healthy nutritional choices, I can work with you on diet and lifestyle changes for a variety of health challenges, such as achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, managing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diabetes type 2, (risk of) cardiovascular disease such as high blood pressure or cholesterol, digestive complaints, and more.
I have been working in the nutrition space since 2018 first as a health coach and now as a registered dietitian. In addition to working with clients and patients individually, I also regularly host workshops and seminars online and in person. I'm passionate about making healthy nutrition accessible and teaching others that it doesn't have to be a far departure from your regular habits - or put a strain on your budget!
I got started in the nutrition field while struggling to manage my own diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) as well as burnout from my corporate job.
On a more personal note... I'm originally from Canada, but have been in Belgium since 2011. I currently live in the Flemish countryside with my partner and our son, plus our orange cat, Milo, and Leonberger dog, Finnley. I speak (and work) in English and Dutch.
